[Machine] I met Abu Ayyub Al-Ansari, and he shook my hand. Then he noticed that my nails were long, so he said, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'One of you asks about the news of the sky while his nails are like bird's claws, gathering impurity, filth, and spittle.' " It was not Al-Ansari who said that, but rather Abu Ayyub Al-'Atki. Abu Abdur-Rahman narrated that his father's tongue was faster than his meaning, which implies that it was Waki' who said that. I narrated that I met Abu Ayyub Al-Ansari, and he is actually Abu Ayyub Al-'Atki.
