[Machine] We were sitting with Rabi'ah al-Jurashi and we were discussing the issue of the caliphate of Dhahhak ibn Qais. Then, suddenly, 'Abdul Rahman ibn Ghannam, the companion of the Prophet ﷺ , entered upon us. So, we said, "Remember the matter of the caliphate." We discussed the caliphate, and Zaid ibn al-Hubab, meaning 'Abdul Rahman ibn Ghannam, the companion of the Prophet ﷺ , said, "Abu Malik al-Ash'ari informed me that he heard the Prophet ﷺ saying, 'Some people from my Ummah will drink alcohol and call it by other names.'" He swore by Allah (saying), "The one who informed me is more truthful than me or you." He repeated it three times. Dhahhak said, "Woe to him from the evil of the drink of the last days."
