[Machine] In our group, the companions of Badr, there was a disagreement among us regarding the share of spoils. Our conduct in this matter was bad, so Allah took it away from us and gave it to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ . The Messenger of Allah ﷺ then distributed it among the Muslims equally.  

أحمد:٢٢٧٤٧ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ الْبَاهِلِيِّ قَالَسَأَلْتُ عُبَادَةَ بْنَ الصَّامِتِ عَنِ الْأَنْفَالِ فَقَالَ

فِينَا مَعْشَرَ أَصْحَابِ بَدْرٍ نَزَلَتْ حِينَ اخْتَلَفْنَا فِي النَّفَلِ وَسَاءَتْ فِيهِ أَخْلَاقُنَا فَانْتَزَعَهُ اللهُ مِنْ أَيْدِينَا وَجَعَلَهُ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَسَمَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بَيْنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ عَنْ بَوَاءٍ يَقُولُ عَلَى السَّوَاءِ

As a result, Allah took it away from our hands and gave it to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ then distributed it among us, saying, "Let it be distributed evenly."
