[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prohibited the killing of house lizards except for the two types: the gecko and the skink, as they harm the eyes and women are frightened by them.  

أحمد:٢٢٢٦٢ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النَّضْرِ حَدَّثَنَا فَرَجٌ حَدَّثَنَا لُقْمَانُ عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ قَالَ

نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ قَتْلِ عَوَامِرِ الْبُيُوتِ إِلَّا مَا كَانَ مِنْ ذِي الطُّفْيَتَيْنِ والْأَبْتَرِ؛ فَإِنَّهُمَا يُكْمِهَانِ الْأَبْصَارَ وَتَخْدِجُ مِنْهُنَّ النِّسَاءُ
