[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ besieged the people of Ta'if, and Abdan went out to him and he freed them, one of them was Abu Bakr. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to free slaves when they came to him.  

أحمد:٢١٧٦ – حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْقُدُّوسِ بْنُ بَكْرِ بْنِ خُنَيْسٍ حَدَّثَنَا الْحَجَّاجُ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

حَاصَرَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَهْلَ الطَّائِفِ فَخَرَجَإِلَيْهِ عَبْدَانِ فَأَعْتَقَهُمَا أَحَدُهُمَا أَبُو بَكْرَةَ وَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يُعْتِقُ الْعَبِيدَ إِذَا خَرَجُوا إِلَيْهِ
