[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent him (referring to someone) as a representative, and he mentioned a narration similar to that of Ubayy (may Allah be pleased with him) and added to it, saying "Umamah (a name) and I was appointed to collect their charity during the time of Mu'awiyah. So I took from that man thirty shares for every one thousand and five hundred camels he owned."  

أحمد:٢١٢٨٠حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ حَدَّثَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي قَالَ سَمِعْتُ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ إِسْحَاقَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنْ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ حَزْمٍ حَدَّثَنِي أُبَيُّ بْنُ كَعْبٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ بَعَثَهُ مُصَدِّقًا فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَ حَدِيثِ أُبَيٍّ وَزَادَ فِيهِ قَالَ عُمَارَةُ وَقَدْ وُلِّيتُ صَدَقَاتِهِمْ فِي زَمَنِ مُعَاوِيَةَ فَأَخَذْتُ مِنْ ذَلِكَ الرَّجُلِ ثَلَاثِينَ حِقَّةً لِأَلْفٍ وَخَمْسِ مِائَةِ بَعِيرٍ عَلَيْهِ
