[Machine] "I sat with him more than a hundred times, meaning the Prophet ﷺ . Al-Warraqani said, he would not give a sermon unless he was standing. He would give his first sermon, then sit for a while, then stand up and give his second sermon."  

أحمد:٢٠٨٨١حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْوَرَكَانِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ سِمَاكٍ عَنْ جَابِرٍ يَعْنِي ابْنَ سَمُرَةَ قَالَ

جَالَسْتُهُ أَكْثَرَ مِنْ مِائَةِ مَرَّةٍ يَعْنِي النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَذَا قَالَ الْوَرَكَانِيُّ مَا كَانَ يَخْطُبُ إِلَّا قَائِمًا يَخْطُبُ خُطْبَتَهُ الْأُولَى ثُمَّ يَقْعُدُ قَعْدَةً ثُمَّ يَقُومُ فَيَخْطُبُ خُطْبَتَهُ الْأُخْرَى
