[Machine] "Verily, I am holding a branch from the branches of a tree to shade the Prophet ﷺ while they are pledging allegiance to him. They said, 'We pledge allegiance to you until death.' He said, 'No, but do not flee.'"  

أحمد:٢٠٥٤٦حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ الرَّازِيِّ عَنِ الرَّبِيعِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْعَالِيَةِ أَوْ عَنْ غَيْرِهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مُغَفَّلٍ وَكَانَ أَحَدَ الرَّهْطِ الَّذِينَ نَزَلَتْ فِيهِمْ هَذِهِ الْآيَةُ {وَلَا عَلَى الَّذِينَ إِذَا مَا أَتَوْكَ لِتَحْمِلَهُمْ} [التوبة 92] إِلَى آخِرِالْآيَةِ قَالَ

إِنِّي لَآخِذٌ بِغُصْنٍ مِنْ أَغْصَانِ الشَّجَرَةِ أُظَلِّلُ بِهِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ وَهُمْ يُبَايِعُونَهُ فَقَالُوا نُبَايِعُكَ عَلَى الْمَوْتِ قَالَ لَا وَلَكِنْ لَا تَفِرُّوا
