[Machine] Zaid ibn Arqam and Baraa ibn Aazib were business partners. They bought silver with cash and a promissory note. The news reached the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ , so he instructed them to keep whatever was purchased with cash and return whatever was purchased with the promissory note.  

أحمد:١٩٣٠٧حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي بُكَيْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَمْرَو بْنَ دِينَارٍ يَذْكُرُ عَنْ أَبِي الْمِنْهَالِ

أَنَّ زَيْدَ بْنَ أَرْقَمَ وَالْبَرَاءَ بْنَ عَازِبٍ كَانَا شَرِيكَيْنِ فَاشْتَرَيَا فِضَّةً بِنَقْدٍ وَنَسِيئَةً فَبَلَغَ ذَلِكَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَأَمَرَهُمَا أَنَّ مَا كَانَ بِنَقْدٍ فَأَجِيزُوهُ وَمَا كَانَ بِنَسِيئَةٍفَرُدُّوهُ
