Shunning a Muslim for more than three nights
[AI] Regarding a sale or a gift that she had given: By Allah, Aisha must stop, or I will place restrictions on her. Aisha said, "Did he say this?" They said, "Yes." She said, "I have made a vow to Allah that I will never speak to Ibn al-Zubayr a word." So Abdullah bin al-Zubayr sought the intercession of al-Miswar bin Makhrama and Abd al-Rahman bin al-Aswad bin Abd Yaghuth, and they were from Banu Zuhra. Then he mentioned the hadith. Al-Miswar and Abd al-Rahman began imploring Aisha that she speak to him and accept from him, and they were saying to her, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade the estrangement that you know of; "It is not lawful for a Muslim to shun his brother for more than three nights.""
