[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There are clear lawful things and clear unlawful things, and in between them are doubtful matters. Whoever avoids doubtful matters clears himself in regard to his religion and his honor, but whoever falls into doubtful matters falls into that which is unlawful, just as a shepherd who grazes his sheep near a private pastureland is likely to have some of his sheep enter it."  

أحمد:١٨٣٤٧حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ عَنْ خَيْثَمَةَ وَالشَّعْبِيِّ عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ حَلَالٌ بَيِّنٌ وَحَرَامٌ بَيِّنٌ وَشُبُهَاتٌ بَيْنَ ذَلِكَ مَنْ تَرَكَ الشُّبُهَاتِ فَهُوَ لِلْحَرَامِ أَتْرَكُ وَمَحَارِمُ اللهِ حِمًى فَمَنْ أَرْتَعَ حَوْلَ الْحِمَى كَانَ قَمِنًا أَنْ يَرْتَعَ فِيهِ
