[Machine] And he said, "By that, I mean charity that he takes without its rightful due."  

أحمد:١٨٠٥٨ – حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ وَقَصَّرَ عَنْ بَعْضِ الْإِسْنَادِ

وَقَالَ يَعْنِي بِذَلِكَ الصَّدَقَةَ يَأْخُذُهَا عَلَى غَيْرِ حَقِّهَا

[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "If you come across an Ashshar, kill him." "By that, he means that he takes the charity in a way that is not rightfully his."  

الطبراني:١٦٧٨٢ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو حَبِيبٍ يَحْيَى بْنُ نَافِعٍ الْمِصْرِيُّ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ ثنا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ عَنْ مُحْسِنِ بْنِ ظَبْيَانَ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ حَسَّانٍ أَخْبَرَنِي رَجُلٌ مِنْ جُذَامٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ مَالِكَ بْنَ عَتَاهِيَةَ يَقُولُ

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «إِنْ لَقِيتُمْ عَشَّارًا فَاقْتُلُوهُ» «يَعْنِي بِذَلِكَ الصَّدَقَةَ يَأْخُذُهَا عَلَى غَيْرِ حَقِّهَا»
