[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "O brother Sudda, verily the one who gives the call to prayer is the one who establishes it."

النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يَا أَخَا صُدَاءٍ إِنَّ الَّذِي أَذَّنَ فَهُوَ يُقِيمُ
