[Machine] He informed him that Amr ibn Awf, who is an ally of the Banu Amr ibn Luay, and who participated in the Battle of Badr with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , informed him that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent Abu Ubaidah and mentioned someone similar to him.  

أحمد:١٧٢٣٥حَدَّثَنَا سَعْدٌ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ صَالِحٍ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي عُرْوَةُ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ أَنَّ الْمِسْوَرَ بْنَ مَخْرَمَةَ

أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ عَمْرَو بْنَ عَوْفٍ وَهُوَ حَلِيفُ بَنِي عَامِرِ بْنِ لُؤَيٍّ وَكَانَ شَهِدَ بَدْرًا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ بَعَثَ أَبَاعُبَيْدَةَ فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَهُ
