[Machine] Al-Harith ibn Khazama came with these two verses from the end of Bara'a (Surah At-Tawbah) {There has certainly come to you a Messenger from among yourselves} [At-Tawbah 128] to Umar ibn al-Khattab. Umar asked, "Who is with you on this matter?" Al-Harith replied, "I do not know, by God, except that I bear witness I heard it from the Messenger of God ﷺ and learned it and memorized it." Umar said, "And I bear witness that I heard it from the Messenger of God ﷺ." Then he said, "If it were three verses, I would have made it a separate Surah. Look for a Surah of the Quran and place it in it." So, I placed them at the end of Bara'a (Surah At-Tawbah).
