[Machine] "And he (the Prophet ﷺ ) mentioned neglecting the prayer. He asked, 'Do you hear the call (to prayer)?' They replied, 'Yes.' He then said, 'Then it is not permitted for him."'  

أحمد:١٦٤٨٠حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ فَسُئِلَ سُفْيَانُ عَمَّنْ؟ قَالَ هُوَ مَحْمُودٌ إِنْ شَاءَ اللهُ أَنَّ عِتْبَانَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ كَانَ رَجُلًا مَحْجُوبَ الْبَصَرِ

وَأَنَّهُ ذَكَرَ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ التَّخَلُّفَ عَنِ الصَّلَاةِ قَالَ هَلْ تَسْمَعُ النِّدَاءَ؟ قَالَنَعَمْ قَالَ فَلَمْ يُرَخِّصْ لَهُ
