[Machine] So we rode towards him while he was on his land in Al-'Aqeeq. When he saw us, he said, "I already know who you have come with, and I will tell you what I heard from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. I heard him say, 'Whoever takes land that does not belong to him, he will be encircled to the seventh earth on the Day of Resurrection. And whoever is killed without having specified his wealth, then he is a martyr.'"  

أَتَتْنِي أَرْوَى بِنْتُ أُوَيْسٍ فِي نَفَرٍ مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ فِيهِمْ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ سَهْلٍ فَقَالَتْ إِنَّ سَعِيدَ بْنَ زَيْدٍ قَدِ انْتَقَصَ مِنْ أَرْضِي إِلَى أَرْضِهِ مَا لَيْسَ لَهُ وَقَدِ أحْبَبْتُ أَنْ تَأْتُوهُ فَتُكَلِّمُوهُ قَالَ فَرَكِبْنَا إِلَيْهِ وَهُوَ بِأَرْضِهِ بِالْعَقِيقِ فَلَمَّا رَآنَا قَالَ قَدْ عَرَفْتُ الَّذِي جَاءَ بِكُمْ وَسَأُحَدِّثُكُمْ مَا سَمِعْتُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ مَنِ أخَذَ مِنَ الأَرْضِ مَا لَيْسَ لَهُ طُوِّقَهُ إِلَى السَّابِعَةِ مِنَ الأَرْضِين يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَمَنْ قُتِلَ دُونَ مَالِهِ فَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ
