[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , saying from the pulpit, "Kill the snake, kill the two tailless danglers, and kill the infertile one, for they cause the eye to unite and the rope to fall." I said, "I never saw a snake except that I killed it." Then Abu Lubabah ibn Abd al-Mundhir said to me, "Would you like to have a bet between us?" I said, "Yes." So he and I stood up and opened it, and a snake came out. I prepared to kill it, but he said to me, "Wait." I said, "Indeed, the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , has commanded to kill them." He said, "He has forbade killing the ones that stay in the house."
