ahmad:14178Ḥajjāj And Rawḥ > Ibn Jurayj > Abū al-Zubayr > Jābir

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Do not walk in one sandal, do not wrap your lower garment around one hip, do not eat with your left hand, do not hold the beard, and do not place one foot on the other while lying down." I asked Abu Zubair, "Should I place my leg over my knee while lying down?" He said, "Yes." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "As for holding the beard, it is one of the two garments. You keep the inside of your lower garment and the outside on one of your shoulders." I asked Abu Zubair, "But they say that you should not wrap your lower garment around one hip." He said, "That's what I heard Jabir say, that you should not wrap your lower garment around one hip." Hujjaj reported from Ibn Juraij, who said, "Amr told me in a way that indicates emphasis."
