ahmad:113 – Abū al-Yamān > Abū Bakr b. ʿAbdullāh > Rāshid b. Saʿdʿan ʿUmar b. al-Khaṭṭāb And Ḥudhayfah b. al-Yamān

It was narrated from ʼUmar bin al-Khattab ؓ and Hudhaifah bin al-Yaman ؓ that the Prophet ﷺ did not take zakah on horses or slaves.  

أحمد:١١٣ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنْ رَاشِدِ بْنِ سَعْدٍعَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ وَحُذَيْفَةَ بْنِ الْيَمَانِ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ لَمْ يَأْخُذْ مِنَ الْخَيْلِ وَالرَّقِيقِ صَدَقَةً
