ahmad-zuhd:787ʿAbdullāh from my father > Wakīʿ > Sufyān > ʿAmmār al-Duhnī > Abū Shuʿbah > Mar Qawm Biʾabī Dhar Bi-al-Rrabadhah Faʿaraḍūā ʿAlayh al-Nafaqah

[Machine] We have goats that we milk, a red one that we ride, and a servant who serves us and the advantage of a cloak. I fear being held accountable for it.  

الزهد لأحمد:٧٨٧حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَمَّارٍ الدُّهْنِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي شُعْبَةَ قَالَ مَرَّ قَوْمٌ بِأَبِي ذَرٍّ بِالرَّبَذَةِ فَعَرَضُوا عَلَيْهِ النَّفَقَةَ فَقَالَ

عِنْدَنَا أَعْنُزٍ نَحْتَلِبُهَا وَأَحْمُرٍ نَنْقُلُ عَلَيْهَا وَمُحَرَّرٌ يَخْدِمُنَا وفَضْلُ عَبَاءَةٍ إِنِّي أَخَافُ الْحِسَابَ فِيهَا
