ahmad-zuhd:756ʿAbdullāh from my father > Hāshim > Ḥarīz > ʿAbd al-Raḥman b. Abū ʿAwf > ʿAbd al-Raḥman b. Manṣūr al-Fazārī > Abū al-Dardāʾ

[Machine] "He (Prophet Muhammad) said, 'There is no man who goes to the mosque in the morning seeking good to learn or teach, except that Allah will write for him the reward of a fighter in Jihad. And he will not return except as one who gains spoils.'"  

الزهد لأحمد:٧٥٦حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمٌ حَدَّثَنَا حَرِيزٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي عَوْفٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ مَنْصُورٍ الْفَزَارِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ

أَنَّهُ قَالَ مَا مِنْ رَجُلٍ يَغْدُو إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ بِخَيْرٍ يَتَعَلَّمُهُ أَوْ يَعْلَمُهُ إِلَّا كَتَبَ اللَّهُ لَهُ أَجْرَ الْمُجَاهِدِ وَلَا يَنْقَلِبُ إِلَّا غَانِمًا
