[Machine] Luqman said to his son, "O my son, do not eat to the extent of being full, for if you do give to the dog his share from it, it is better for you than doing so."  

الزهد لأحمد:٤٠٠حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنِي أبِي حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا الْفَضْلُ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ

لُقْمَانُ لِابْنِهِ يَا بُنَيَّ لَا تَأْكُلْ شِبَعًا فَوْقَ شِبَعٍ؛ فَإِنَّكَ إِنْ تُلْقِهِ بْنَبْذِهِ لِلْكَلْبِ خَيْرٌ لَكَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ
