[Machine] The Lord, may He be blessed and exalted, commanded Moses ﷺ to tell his people to turn to Him and call upon Him during the tenth day of Dhu al-Hijjah. So when the tenth day comes, let them come to me and I will forgive them. He said, "And this is the day that the Jews sought, but they missed it and it is not more correct than the number of the Arabs."
الرَّبُّ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى لِمُوسَى ﷺ مُرْ قَوْمَكَ أَنْ يُنِيبُوا إِلَيَّ وَيَدْعُونِي فِي الْعَشْرِ يَعْنِي عَشْرَ ذِي الْحَجَّةِ فَإِذَا كَانَ الْيَوْمُ الْعَاشِرُ؛ فَلْيَخْرُجُوا إِلَيَّ أَغْفِرْ لَهُمْ قَالَ وَهْبٌ «وَهُوَ الْيَوْمُ الَّذِي طَلَبَتْهُ الْيَهُودُ فَأَخْطَئُوهُ وَلَيْسَ أَصْوَبَ مِنْ عَدَدِ الْعَرَبِ»
