[Machine] "Solomon bin David, ﷺ , said to his son: 'My dear son, how ugly is sin with its dwelling, and how uglier is going astray after guidance, and how uglier is so and so, and uglier than that is a man who used to worship his Lord but abandoned the worship of his Lord.'"  

الزهد لأحمد:٢٢٤حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنَا أبِي حَدَّثَنَا مِسْكِينٌ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ قَالَ

قَالَ سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ لِابْنِهِ «أَيْ بُنَيَّ مَا أَقْبَحَ الْخَطِيئَةَ مَعَ الْمَسْكَنَةِ وَأَقْبَحَ الضَّلَالَةَ بَعْدَ الْهُدَى وَأَقْبَحَ كَذَا وَكَذَا وَأَقْبَحُ مِنْ ذَلِكَ رَجُلٌ كَانَ عَابِدًا فَتَرَكَ عِبَادَةَ رَبِّهِ»
