[Machine] There was a Yemeni peacock who had two ways to the mosque, one through the market and another way. He would take one way on one day and the other way on another day. When he passed through the market and saw those roasted heads, he would not eat that night.  

الزهد لأحمد:٢١٩٨حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي حَدَّثَنِي مَعْمَرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الرَّقِّيُّ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ بِشْرٍ

أَنَّ طَاوُسًا الْيَمَانِيَّ كَانَ لَهُ طَرِيقَانِ إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ طَرِيقٌ فِي السُّوقِ وَطَرِيقٌ آخَرُ فَكَانَ يَأْخُذُ فِي هَذَا يَوْمًا وَفِي هَذَا يَوْمًا فَإِذَا مَرَّ فِي السُّوقِ وَرَأَى تِلْكَ الرُّءُوسَ الْمَشْوِيَّةَ لَمْ يَتَعَشَّ تِلْكَ اللَّيْلَةَ
