سَمِعْتُ مَالِكًا يَقُولُ «بِقَدْرِ مَا تَحْزَنُ لِلدُّنْيَا كَذَلِكَ يَخْرُجُ هَمُّ الْآخِرَةِ مِنْ قَلْبِكَ وَبِقَدْرِ مَا تَحْزَنُ لِلْآخِرَةِ كَذَلِكَ يَخْرُجُ هَمُّ الدُّنْيَا مِنْ قَلْبِكَ»
