ahmad-zuhd:1663ʿAbdullāh from my father > Abū Saʿīd Ḥammād b. Masʿadah > Ibn ʿAwn

[Machine] Sa'id bin Abi al-Hasan speaks this way and in the end of his supplication, he says, "O Allah, grant us comfort, tranquility, and well-being in death."  

الزهد لأحمد:١٦٦٣حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ حَمَّادُ بْنُ مَسْعَدَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَوْنٍ قَالَ

سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ يَتَكَلَّمُ كَذَا يَدْعُو فَكَانَ فِي آخِرِ دُعَائِهِ يَقُولُ «اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ لَنَا فِي الْمَوْتِ رَاحَةً وَرَوْحًا وَمُعَافَاةً»
