الزهد لأحمد:١٥٩٩ – حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ هِلَالٍ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ صَاحِبُ الدَّسْتُوَائِيِّ عَنْ رَجُلٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ أَتَاهُ رَجُلٌ فَسَأَلَهُ عَنْ مَسْأَلَةٍ فَأَفْتَاهُ الْحَسَنُ قَالَ فَقَالَ الرَّجُلُ يَا أَبَا سَعِيدٍ مَنِ الْفَقِيهُ؟ قَالَ

«الزَّاهِدُ فِي الدُّنْيَا الرَّاغِبُ فِي الْآخِرَةِ الْبَصِيرُ بِدِينِهِ الْمُجْتَهِدُ فِي الْعِبَادَةِ هَذَا الْفَقِيهُ»
