'A'isha said, "Do not forget to stand up at night to pray. The Prophet ﷺ did not neglect to do it. If he was either ill or lazy, he prayed sitting down."
قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ لاَ تَدَعْ قِيَامَ اللَّيْلِ فَإِنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ لاَ يَذَرُهُ وَكَانَ إِذَا مَرِضَ أَوْ كَسِلَ صَلَّى قَاعِدًا
