Bilal began the Iqamah, and when he said: "The time for prayer has come," the Prophet ﷺ said: "May Allah establish it and cause it to continue."

[Machine] وذَكَرَ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّ بِلَالًا ، a companion of the Prophet ﷺ , mentioned that Bilal was appointed for the call to prayer. When he said, "The prayer has begun," the Prophet ﷺ said, "Allah established it and will continue to do so." Regarding the rest of the call to prayer, it is similar to what Umar said in his Hadith about the call to prayer. The Sheikh said, "If this is correct, then it serves as evidence for what Imam Shafi'i, may Allah have mercy on him, preferred in their statement, 'O Allah, establish and maintain it, and make us among the righteous inhabitants of it, performing good deeds.'
