abudawud:3834 – Wāṣil b. ʿAbd al-Aʿlá > Ibn Fuḍayl > Abū Isḥāq > Jabalah b. Suḥaym > Ibn ʿUmar

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prohibited anyone taking two dates together with the exception that you ask permission from your companions.  

أبو داود:٣٨٣٤ – حَدَّثَنَا وَاصِلُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ فُضَيْلٍ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ جَبَلَةَ بْنِ سُحَيْمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ

نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَنِ الإِقْرَانِ إِلاَّ أَنْ تَسْتَأْذِنَ أَصْحَابَكَ

نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنِ الْإِقْرَانِ إِلَّا أَنْ تَسْتَأْذِنَ أَصْحَابَكَ  

ahmad:5063 – And Jadt Fī Kitāb Abū > Yazīd > Shuʿbah > Jabalah b. Suḥaym > Kān Ibn al-Zubayr Yarzuqunā al-Tamr Wabiālnnās Yawmaʾidh Jahd > Famar Binā ʿAbdullāh b. ʿUmar Fanahānā > al-Iqrān
