the Prophet said: "Indeed there is a Shaitan for Wudu' who is called "AI-Walahan." So beware of having misgivings about water."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ إِنَّ لِلْوُضُوءِ شَيْطَانًا يُقَالُ لَهُ الْوَلْهَانُ فَاتَّقُوا وَسْوَاسَ الْمَاءِ قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو وَعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُغَفَّلٍ  

قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ أُبَىِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ وَلَيْسَ إِسْنَادُهُ بِالْقَوِيِّ وَالصَّحِيحِ عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْحَدِيثِ لأَنَّا لاَ نَعْلَمُ أَحَدًا أَسْنَدَهُ غَيْرَ خَارِجَةَ وَقَدْ رُوِيَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ مِنْ غَيْرِ وَجْهٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَوْلَهُ وَلاَ يَصِحُّ فِي هَذَا الْبَابِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ شَيْءٌ وَخَارِجَةُ لَيْسَ بِالْقَوِيِّ عِنْدَ أَصْحَابِنَا وَضَعَّفَهُ ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ
