the Prophet said: "The maternal aunt holds the same status as the mother."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ الْخَالَةُ بِمَنْزِلَةِ الأُمِّ وَفِي الْحَدِيثِ قِصَّةٌ طَوِيلَةٌ وَهَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ
