[Machine] "To pray before Friday prayer four units (rak'ahs) and after it four units, until Ali came and ordered us to pray two units (rak'ahs) after it and four units."  

الطبراني:٩٥٥٢ – حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا حَجَّاجٌ ثنا هَمَّامٌ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ قَالَ «كَانَ ابْنُ مَسْعُودٍ §يَأْمُرُنَا

أَنْ نُصَلِّيَ قَبْلَ الْجُمُعَةِ أَرْبَعًا وَبَعْدَهَا أَرْبَعًا» حَتَّى جَاءَ عَلِيٌّ «فَأَمَرَنَا أَنْ نُصَلِّيَ بَعْدَهَا رَكْعَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ أَرْبَعًا»
