[Machine] Abdullah used to recite "Qul Huwallahu Ahad" in the last Rak'ah of Witr, then he would raise his hands and make supplication before the Rak'ah.  

الطبراني:٩٤٢٥حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ النَّضْرِ الْأَزْدِيُّ ثنا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو ثنا زَائِدَةُ عَنْ لَيْثٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْأَسْوَدِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ

كَانَ عَبْدُ اللهِ يَقْرَأُ فِي آخِرِ رَكْعَةٍ مِنَ الْوِتْرِ قُلْ هُوَ اللهُ أَحَدٌ ثُمَّ يَرْفَعُ يَدَيْهِ فَيَقْنُتُ قَبْلَ الرَّكْعَةِ
