[Machine] He saw an Arab man praying with his garment hem flowing, so he said, "The one who extends his garment hem while praying is not from Allah, in neither a permissible nor forbidden manner."  

الطبراني:٩٣٦٨حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا حَجَّاجٌ ثنا حَمَّادٌ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ الْأَحْوَلِ عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ النَّهْدِيِّ عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ

أَنَّهُ رَأَى أَعْرَابِيًّا يُصَلِّي قَدْ أَسْبَلَ إِزَارَهُ فَقَالَ «الْمُسْبِلُ إِزَارَهُ فِي الصَّلَاةِ لَيْسَ مِنَ اللهِ ﷻ فِي حِلٍّ وَلَا حَرَامٍ»
