[Machine] Ibn Mas'ud used to wash his body with Khitmi water even while in a state of impurity, but he would not wash his head.  

الطبراني:٩٢٥٧حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ الْمِنْهَالِ ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ بْنِ أَرْطَاةَ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ الْأَزْمَعِ

«أَنَّ ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ كَانَ يَغْسِلُ رَأْسَهُ بِالْخِطْمِيِّ وَهُوَ جُنُبٌ فَيَغْتَسِلُ وَلَا يَغْسِلُ رَأْسَهُ»
