tabarani:9200ʿAlī b. ʿAbd al-ʿAzīz > Abū Nuʿaym > Misʿar > al-Qāsim

[Machine] Abdullah bought from his wife or from a woman he had a child with, and he set a condition for her, and she set a condition for him regarding her service. So Umar said, "It is not from your property what has in it someone else's praise."  

الطبراني:٩٢٠٠حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ثنا مِسْعَرٌ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ قَالَ

اشْتَرَى عَبْدُ اللهِ مِنِ امْرَأَتِهِ أَوْ مِنِ امْرَأَةٍ لَهُ وَلِيدَةً وَشَرَطَ لَهَا وَاشْتَرَطَتْ خِدْمَتَهَا فَقَالَ عُمَرُ ؓ «لَيْسَ مِنْ مَالِكَ مَا كَانَ فِيهِ ثَنَوِيَّةٌ لِغَيْرِكَ»
