[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "I have been sent as a mercy and guidance to the worlds, to eradicate idols, musical instruments, flutes, and the practices of the pre-Islamic era."  

الطبراني:٧٨٥٢b – حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ رِشْدِينَ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ أنا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ زَحْرٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ ؓ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «بُعِثْتُ رَحْمَةً وَهَدًى لِلْعَالَمِينَ لِمَحْقِ الْأَوْثَانِ وَالْمَعَازِفِ وَالْمَزَامِيرِ وَأَمْرِ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ»
