[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ raised his voice to the Banu Amr ibn Awf about something that needed to be fixed between them. Then the prayer was established, so they waited. When Abu Bakr took too long, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ went ahead. The people applauded Abu Bakr to make him delay, so Abu Bakr delayed and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ went ahead. When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ finished his prayer, he faced the people and said, "Why the applause? Verily, praising Allah (tasbih) is for the men and applause is for the women."
