[Machine] Omar prayed among the people and something came out of a person, so he said, "I have resolved to instruct the one who did this to make ablution and repeat his prayer." Jarir said, "Do you resolve to instruct everyone who hears about this to make ablution and repeat their prayer?" He replied, "Yes, indeed, I said that. May Allah reward you with goodness." So, he ordered them to do so.
