[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ , Sahl narrated from Abdulrahim, from Yasin Al-Zayyat, from Simak ibn Harb, from Tamim, from Jabir ibn Samurah, from the Prophet ﷺ who said, "The enemy captured the camel of a Muslim man, so a Muslim man bought it. The owner recognized it and came to the Prophet ﷺ . The Prophet ﷺ commanded him to take it for the price that he bought it from the enemy, or else to leave it between them."  

الطبراني:٢٠٦٤حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ سَلْمٍ الرَّازِيُّ ثنا سَهْلُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ عِلَاقَةَ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ ح قَالَ سَهْلٌ وَثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ عَنْ يَاسِينُ الزَّيَّاتُ عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ عَنْ تَمِيمٍ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ أَصَابَ الْعَدُوُّ نَاقَةَ رَجُلٍ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ فَاشْتَرَاهَا رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ فَعَرَفَهَا صَاحِبُهَا فَأَتَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ «فَأَمَرَهُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أَنْ يَأْخُذَهَا بِالثَّمَنِ الَّذِي اشْتَرَاهَا بِهِ مِنَ الْعَدُوِّ وَإِلَّا خَلَّى بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَهَا»

[Machine] The enemy struck a man from the tribe of Sulaym and then a Muslim man bought her. Her owner recognized her and came to the Prophet ﷺ. The Prophet ﷺ commanded him to take her for the price he purchased her from the enemy, otherwise, there would be a dispute between them.
