[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ stayed after the Battle of Uhud in the remaining part of Shawwal, then in Dhu al-Qa'dah and Dhu al-Hijjah. The polytheists and the sacred months passed during that time. Then he sent the companions to the Well of Ma'una on a journey that lasted for four months from the month of Uhud.
«أَقَامَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بَعْدَ أُحُدٍ بَقِيَّةَ شَوَّالٍ وَذَا الْقَعْدَةِ وَذَا الْحِجَّةِ وَوَلِيَ تِلْكَ الْحَجَّةَ الْمُشْرِكُونَ وَالْمُحَرَّمَ ثُمَّ بَعَثَ أَصْحَابَ بِئْرِ مَعُونَةَ فِي سَفَرٍ عَلَى رَأْسِ أَرْبَعَةِ أَشْهُرٍ مِنْ أُحُدٍ»
