[Machine] He heard Muawiyah on the pulpit, and he had a pile of women's hair with him. So he said, "What is wrong with Muslim women to do this? Indeed, I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, 'Any woman who adds hair to her head that is not her own, it is deceit.'"  

الطبراني:١٦٩١١حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ نَافِعٍ الطَّحَّانُ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي مَخْرَمَةُ بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ

أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ مُعَاوِيَةَ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ وَمَعَهُ كُبَّةٌ مِنْ كُبَبِ النِّسَاءِ فَقَالَ مَا بَالُ الْمُسْلِمَاتِ يَصْنَعْنَ هَذَا إِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ زَادَتْ فِي رَأْسِهَا شَعْرًا لَيْسَ مِنْهُ فَإِنَّهُ زُورٌ»
