[Machine] He was hurt in his head, so the Prophet instructed him to shave his head and sacrifice a cow.  

الطبراني:١٦٤٧٥حَدَّثَنَا مُصْعَبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ حَمْزَةَ الزُّبَيْرِيُّ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي أنا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الدَّرَاوَرْدِيُّ عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَةَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ عَنْ كَعْبِ بْنِ عُجْرَة

«أَنَّهُ أَصَابَهُ أَذًى فِي رَأْسِهِ فَأَمَرَهُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أَنْ يَحْلِقَ وَيَفْدِيَ بِبَقَرَةٍ»

A man from the Ansar said on the authority of Ka'b ibn Ujrah that he was feeling pain in his head (due to lice); so he shaved his head. The Prophet ﷺ ordered him to sacrifice a cow as offering.
