[Machine] K'ab said, "I pledged allegiance to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ on the night of Al-'Aqabah when we pledged allegiance to him for Islam. I did not witness Badr, and I do not like to have witnessed it even if it means I have had most merits amongst the people. The battle of Tabuk was a battle in which Allah blamed nobody except he who stayed behind. Allah's Messenger ﷺ departed in search of an army until Allah made reconciliation between him and his enemies without any fighting. And Allah's Messenger ﷺ would face a direction (of the enemy) until we changed it. So, when Allah's Messenger ﷺ intended to face a direction (of the enemy) we would change our direction towards that direction with him. He faced Jerusalem during the battle of Tabuk, then Allah caused them to disperse without any fighting against the Muslims. And the Prophet ﷺ mentioned the Hadith of Zaid."
