[Machine] He would be brought (or thrown) to the Prophet ﷺ during the night, and he would drink from it (the container) during the following morning, and the night after that until the third day, and then he would keep it.  

الطبراني:١٥٩١٦حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ الْمَكِّيُّ ثنا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ثنا جُوَيْرِيَةُ بْنُ بَشِيرٍ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ الطَّائِيِّ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ عَنِ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

«كَانَ يُنْبَذُ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ فَيَشْرَبُهُ الْغَدُ وَلَيْلَةُ الْغَدِ إِلَى يَوْمِ الثَّالِثِ ثُمَّ يُمْسِكُ»
