" عَنْ حُيَىِّ بنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ الوصَابِى، حَدّثنِى أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الدِّمَشْقِىُّ قَالَ: شَهِدْتُ أَكْثَمَ بْنَ الجونِ الخُزَاعِىَّ الكَعْبِىَّ يَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُول الله ﷺ : يا أكثم بنَ الجونِ! اغْزُ مَعَ قَوْمِكَ يَحْسُنْ خُلُقُكَ، وَتَكْرُمْ عَلَى رُفَقَائِكَ ".
