"عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ : لا نِكَاحَ إِلَّا بِوَلِىٍّ، قِيلَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ! مَنِ الْوَلِيُّ؟ قَالَ: رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ".
